Sponsorship Licence renewal
When do you have to renew a Sponsorship Licence?
Employers can use their sponsor management system (SMS) account to check when the current Sponsorship Licence expires.
You will be able to apply for a renewal up to 3 months before the end of the current licence, and there are some instances where a sponsor can be invited by the Home Office to apply before this date.
The renewal process can take anywhere between 1-3 months, as there are various checks that need to be conducted by the Home Office, which could include a compliance visit to some sponsorship employers.
This is something we can help you prepare for, keeping in contact with the Home Office and providing them with any relevant information, while also ensuring you are always up-to-date with the details of your application.
